We are sorry that one of our products has arrived damaged, Please send us an email with suporting images with regards to the problem with the item. please ensure you include your order number, Please do not send any item back to us unless you are instructed to do so.
Telephone your local postal sorting office and ask if they are holding any uncollected parcels for your name and address. The postal service should leave a calling card to advise you if they have not be able to deliver a ‘bulky’ item, but we are aware from customer feedback this does not always happen. If they are not holding any parcels please email us.
The postage charges do not have any effect on the time it takes to produce your item, If you pay First or Second Class postage rates your item still takes 3 - 5 working days to produce, It will just speed up the delivery.
Yes it is extremely safe for you to place an order online with us and your credit/debit card details will always be completely safe and secure.
The payment pages we use are completely secure and from the checkout page of our site you will be automatically redirected to secure pages hosted by Shopify / paypal, who are our Payment Service Providers.
Depending on the progress of your order we may be able to cancel your order there will be a charge of £2.95 for all cancelled order's to cover administration cost's. If your item/order as been sent to production we are unable to cancel any order at this point.
Our products are already greatly reduced, So in general we offer no further discounts, If you are ordering 10+ items then we may be able to other a further discount on your order please email customer services with your order details
